The Tom Davies ready-to-wear optical collection is handcrafted by master craftsmen in the company's London factory. 

Acetate is one of the core materials used and all the colours and materials are designed by Tom and created exclusively for according to Tom’s specifications.

Master craftsmen are also able to create unique frames made from a combination of premium materials. Frames can be designed with a combination of Japanese titanium, beta titanium and acetate. The final look is a striking contrast of textures, finishes and colours.

The titanium used for each frame is ion-plated to create a near indestructible colour finish. Tom mostly uses pure medical grade titanium on the fronts of frames and Japanese beta titanium for the temple arms. This combination provides balance and comfort, not to mention being extremely lightweight.
